Clinical supervision from an LPC-S
LPC-Associates receive regular supervision from Justin Robinson, LPC-S or Kimberly Reagan, LPC-S. Supervision is a genuine investment in your development — not just a checkbox. You'll build clinical identity and confidence alongside your hours.
Sustainable caseload, not burnout
Renew is intentional about load. We don't push counselors to maximize volume at the expense of their wellbeing. A counselor who is burnt out isn't helping anyone — we take that seriously.
Collaborative team
Six licensed counselors, one certified life coach, and rotating graduate students — people who actually talk to each other, consult on cases, and support one another. The team culture at Renew is one of the things counselors mention most when they describe why they stay.

Evening and weekend appointments are part of how we serve families. Scheduling is built around both client needs and counselor availability. We work to find arrangements that actually work for the people doing the work.

Roles we hire for as we grow

Licensed Counselor (LPC or LPC-S)
Full or part-time counseling position serving teens, families, and individuals. Caseload built based on specializations and client need. Faith-friendly practice. Flexible scheduling available.
- Active Texas LPC or LPC-S license required
- Experience with teens and families preferred
- Telehealth capability a plus

LPC-Associate
For counselors who have completed their master's degree and are working toward full licensure. Clinical supervision provided by Justin Robinson, LPC-S or Kimberly Reagan, LPC-S. Excellent opportunity to build hours in a supportive, specialty-focused practice.

Master's-Level Practicum Student
