For parents of teenagers

You’re probably here because something at home changed.

This page is for the hour before you call anyone: the questions we’d ask you, a few honest guides, and a number for when you’re ready.

Free 15-minute call

Talk with one of our counselors.

Fifteen minutes on the phone. No forms, no cost. We’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit, and if we’re not, who is.

We aim to call back within 24 hours.

What happens on the call

1

You tell us what you’re seeing. We ask a few questions. Nothing to fill out first.

2

We tell you what we think. A season, or something to look at, and whether we’re the right people for it.

3

If it fits, we match you with a counselor. New clients are usually seen within the week.

Prefer to write? Send us a message and we’ll call you back.

Start here

Which one is tonight?

Is this normal, or something more?

Sleeping until two. Snapping, then fine ten minutes later. All of it is ordinary at fifteen, and all of it is also how something bigger starts. Three questions tell the difference: how long it has been running, how far it has spread, and what it is costing them.

When to get help

Something happened tonight.

The eye roll that ended the conversation. The phone you’re about to take. These are the moments parents call us about most, so we wrote them up as short guides you can read in the hallway.

You’re ready to talk to someone.

Most parents who call us open with “this is probably nothing, but.” Nobody has regretted calling early. Fifteen minutes, no forms, and if we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you who is.
