I grew up learning that hospitality is a love language. I am Renew's bilingual Certified Life Coach, and care for people is at the center of how I coach. I don't just ask good questions. I actually listen to the answers, and people can tell.

Outside the office, I am the person in my circle who shows up with a home-cooked meal when someone is going through a hard time. I love to cook, I give freely without keeping score, and that same heart carries into every session I run.

I have a particular passion for working with couples — helping partners strengthen their connection, improve communication, and build the kind of relationship they both actually want. Whether you are navigating conflict, feeling disconnected, or simply want to grow together, I walk alongside you with honesty, care, and practical tools that make a real difference.

I am also deeply committed to serving the Spanish-speaking community in East Texas. As a fully fluent Spanish speaker, I create a space where Spanish-speaking clients and families can be fully heard, understood, and supported in their own language.

I see clients from Longview, Tyler, Marshall, Kilgore, Henderson, White Oak, Hallsville, Gilmer, and surrounding East Texas communities. Telehealth extends my reach to clients throughout Texas.

My coaching style is warm, personal, and practical. I get to know you before I challenge you — creating a space where you feel understood before the hard work begins. I integrate faith and values for clients who want that foundation, while staying accessible and compassionate for anyone who walks through the door.

For couples, I focus on what's actually happening between two people, not just what each person says individually. I help partners hear each other differently, communicate more honestly, and rebuild connection that may have eroded over time.

My first session is warm and personal — I spend time getting to know you before diving into the reason you came in. If you're a couple, expect me to hear from both of you. I create a space where you don't have to translate who you are to be understood. From there, we establish the specific goals you want to accomplish in your coaching sessions, so every appointment has a clear direction.
