When you call for a Fit Call, we listen to what’s going on and match you with the counselor whose background, style, and specialty best suits your teenager’s situation. Renew is founded on Christian values. Faith-integrated counseling is available for families who want it. The parent is not the problem — and not excluded
We don’t work on teenagers in isolation and hand them back to an unchanged home environment. Parents are part of the solution. We give parents tools, not just updates. That’s why parent coaching exists as a formal service here.
If the fit isn’t right, we adjust — without ego
Not every counselor is right for every client. If something isn’t working, we want to know. We’ll adjust the match within our team or help you find someone elsewhere. The goal is the right outcome, not keeping a client in a chair that doesn’t fit.
