High school can be extremely difficult for many students. During the adolescent years the desire to fit in and stress are at an all time high. The increased academic and social pressures mixed in with the influence of social media are causing today’s teens to feel anxious, overwhelmed and hopeless. Depression, anxiety, lack of social skills and low self worth are all too common in today’s youth but group counseling can help.

During the 8-week psycho educational support group, participates (ages 13-17) will learn how to connect with others, develop healthy coping skills, improve self-confidence and have a safe supportive environment to be vulnerable about the struggles in their lives.
